Standard Return Policy

Items purchased at McCarley Fitness can be returned only for Store Credit within 14 days of delivery.

Please inspect all items upon receipt.  All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Please click here to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning your item.

Merchandise must be returned in its original package, unopened or in perfect condition.  In order for the product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of dirt, hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells.

No refunds, returns or exchanges on International Orders.

Final Sale Items cannot be returned.  This includes CDs, DVDs, Everlast Products, Accessories, and other items as indicated in the Product Description.

Items returned outside of 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted after 45 days.

Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number, including Unclaimed Orders, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All packages that are unclaimed and returned by USPS will not be refunded.  However, a Store Credit will be issued for the amount minus shipping and handling cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping

Typically all items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  Package delivery time is only 1-4 days!  Your shipment will include tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance.  In some cases your shipping location may require UPS or FedEx delivery instead.  The tracking information for your shipment will be sent to you via email.  Orders are processed within one to three business days– in many cases even the same day as your order!

Methods of Payment

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.  You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to purchase items in our online store.
