I take zumba classes and it’s the best !
I received the Zumba DVD for my 50th birthday and it the best present ever..I do it every morning and it puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day
I take zumba classes and I love zumbaaaaa !!!!
As I sat on the couch getting stiffer and stiffer, I saw a zumba commercial and just picked up the phone, spur of the moment and ordered the DVDs. I never liked exercise but always loved to dance. I am 76 years old. I started with the first disc and did not have the cario fitness to complete it at once. Then I went to the “activate” and started doing whatever I was able to do. I have done sections of this each day for the past 6 weeks Now weight is starting to slowly come off and my flabby, old body is getting definition. I can’t believe it and now I feel guilty if I don’t do at least 2 to 3 sessions on the “activate”. I have watched the more advanced dvds and don’t expect to reach that level but people are noticing now and asking me what is going on! I love it!
