Yes, all Zumba Fitness items offered in our store are new, authentic items purchased directly from Zumba Fitness. Items are sold under the ZIN License Agreement, ZIN Member 112300.

USA Shipping: We offer FREE Priority Shipping on orders of $100 or more! Only $5 shipping on orders up to $100.*

You can reach the Customer Service team at McCarley Fitness by calling 888-544-9514. Due to extremely high call volumes, it is much faster to email us your comments/questions. We do respond to all voicemail messages in the order in which the calls were received.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for shipments.

We do not have a retail location at this time. We do offer on-site sales at certain special events. These events will be advertised on our Facebook page.

Sales Tax is charged for orders shipped to Florida.

Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, which offers a 1-3 day delivery time nationwide (delivery times not guaranteed by USPS). In some cases, the orders may be sent via FedEx or UPS.

We will notify you via email as soon as your return is processed. Return processing is completed within seven days of package receipt.
